Our brand new Peak Junior’s programme is all about developing speed, agility, quickness (SAQ) and strength—specifically for juniors.
IMPROVE
Peak Junior training is designed to teach the correct, fundamental movements en route to improving physical attributes and strength.
LEARN
This fun training at Peak will give Juniors transferable skills for any sport, while increasing fitness levels!
