That study has harnessed the factuality of medical science, the statistical data derived from vast research and the power of technology to remove the guess work.

Peak Epigenetics Coaching

This is all about you, your health and your wellness. As such, the 3 month programme is comprehensive and will include full access to the PH360 platform — and your coach’s support — throughout. 

STAGE 1 – DISCOVERING YOUR HEALTH TYPE

We will provide you with a series of three webinars — these will enable you to:

uncover your health type

understand the PH360 platform

STAGE 2 — IDENTIFYING YOUR GOALS

With all that you gleaned from stage one, we ask you to prepare to share it and your goals with us, whatever they may be, so that we can:

understand you as an individual

tailor an appropriate and targeted response

coach you directly towards your goals

help you to make a significant difference

STAGE 3 — COACHING & RECOMMENDATIONS

We’ll arrange a private coaching session with you to integrate everything you’ve discovered so far. Having assessed you and your goals in relation to your health type, we will be delighted to:

coach you as an individual

provide a full overview of your epigenetics

highlight your ‘priority areas’

advise you on the longer term possibilities
