Acupressure Mat

Also known as a Shakti mat, this is one of the most relaxing healing aids that we use at Peak.

This modern bed of nails stimulates many acupressure points. In the 1980’s Russian studies showed consistent pain relief for complicated fractures and concussions, reduction in surgical pain, reduced joint pain, improved respiratory function, and all with no side effects.

An American study of 200 users 98% reported pain relief, 96% reported relaxation, 94% reported improvement in the quality of sleep, and 81% reported an increase in energy level.
