Dee is a passionate, holistic health and fitness professional with over 40 years’ experience supporting clients of all abilities. With a strong background in Personal Training, her expertise leans toward rehabilitation-focused exercise and strength training, underpinned by functional movement, mobility, stability and safe progression for long term results.
Dee also brings extensive experience in Pilates and Calisthenics, allowing her to deliver an adaptable, integrative approach to her popular movement classes. Working across both one-to-one and group settings, she is highly skilled at educating, motivating and empowering people to move with confidence, improve performance and enhance overall wellbeing.
