Rachel has made the transition from member to trainer so fully understands how to make long lasting to change to her health and fitness. Rachel has lost a significant amount of weight, managed her training through pregnancy and she now shares that knowledge with her clients and helps them achieve their goals. Rachel is as passionate about soccer as she is about health and fitness and both plays and coaches for Havelock North.
