As part of your membership you will be able to sit down with one of the team and discuss all of your goals and training history before you get started. Your trainer will then take your through a full induction and set you up with a programme based on your goals and the results that you want to achieve.Your body will adapt and change over a 4-6 week period and you will start to see your results. At this point you can check in again with one of the training team to get your programme updated or changed. This is all included in your membership.
