Lisa Samuels

Lisa has been involved in Olympic style boxing for 12 years. 6 years as a competitive boxer and 7 years coaching. It was through boxing that she found herself in a gym taking box-fit classes which lead her to wanting to expand her field of expertise into personal training. Lisa likes to use her passion for boxing to empower others and help them with their health and fitness journey.
