Recipe: Paleo Pancakes

Delicious gluten, dairy & sugar free pancakes!

Ingredients

  • 2 Banana, yellow
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2-4 tablespoon LSA - Linseed, Sunflower & Almond (ground)

Instructions

Mix bananas and eggs in a food processor.

Add LSA 1 Tbl at a time, depending on how thick you want your batter.

Once blended, cook like regular pancakes in a pan over medium heat. Use a bit of butter to keep from sticking to the pan.

Bex loves these pancakes, especially served with chopped banana, berries and crispy bacon on the top. Nom nom nom!!!!
