Recipe: Crockpot Coconut Kumara Soup

Ingredients

Ginger – 1 Tbs (browned off)
Garlic – 1 Tbs (browned off)
Kumara - 2 big ones diced
Onion – 1 whole diced
Chilli flakes – 1 teaspoon
Lentils (orange or brown) - 1 Cup 
Coconut Cream - 400ml 
Chicken stock - 3 Cups

Instructions

Cook on High for 4 hours.
Top  with a Squeeze of lime , Sprinkle of  Coriander and  a handful of crushed cashews  before serving.
