Ingredients
1 Banana
1 cup coconut water
1 cup coconut milk or cream (or 270ml can)
2 Tbsp cacao powder
5 medjool dates
1 Tbsp raw honey
1 Tbsp chia seeds
Handful of fresh mint leaves
Handful of ice (optional)
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 2-3 minutes until smooth adjusting liquid for desired consistency.
